What are the median scores and GPAs for schools such as Carnegie Mellon, Rutgers and the schools in the UC system (UCLA, UC Berkeley, etc)?

I'm aware that admissions officers look at more than just GPA and SAT scores, especially at top schools, but what do you think is a minimum cut-off score and GPA?

By the way, I'm from out of state at all of the aforementioned schools, which makes it much more difficult to get into good public schools.

  1. Yes being out of state is pretty ridiculously hard (especially for Berkeley, which is the hardest to get into if your not Californian) I believe for Berkeley the avg GPA is 3.7 and SAT would be somewhere in the 2000s? I'm not sure but there definitely isn't a preset cutoff.
