What are the messages called when you dial a wrong number/disconnected/not in service, etc?

Also, what are the 3 beeps that precede it called? I thought it was called the "tri-tone beep", but that got barely any hits on Google.

"Telephonetribute" here is a website from the original bell phone .wav.files, or real audio files ....scroll down and listen to all the file...you can download them to your answer machine and play them!!!
