you should be fine with 2GB RAM, a Core 2 Duo like 2.2GHz 2 MB cache, and 8800GT. the graphics card requirements depend on the resolution you'll be running it at and the graphics settings, and whether you'll be using any aa or af.

I have the following specs:

3.4 GHz processor

2 GB Ram

GeForce 512 mb GFX Adapter

The game worked well but only with low graphics settings, I guess you need a better GFX card if you want to get the full GFX Settings to work, but I'm happy with the way the game was.

Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz for Vista

i have 4 GB of ram and two 720 GB HDs piggy backed on my system

so to tell you the truth worry mostly about the CPU and graphics you should be fine with 2 gb memory.
