What are the mood differences between a male and female parakeet?

we are still trying to figure out our parakeets age it is so we think going through its first molt and we just wanted to know what the moods are in male and female parakeets

Really their temperment tends to vary more with the individual bird than the s*x.  Generally speaking males tend to be a little more mellow, and females tend to be a bit more bitey, but again that can vary a lot.  Pretty much any young bird can be tamed though, so don't worry too much about what they're predisposed to.  Good luck!
