What are the most common brain diseases/damages?

i want to be a neurologist when i grow u, and i am just curious about this. thanks so much!

I could just tell you one because it is the one that I have and it is Epilepsy/seizures.

It's a very hard question to answer in just a few words... it depend on the age of the individual and other comorbidities.  Obviously, in the elderly, you'll see a lot of CVA (Stroke) from thromboembolism or what not.  Then there's a littany of other illnesses that are seen in younger patients, some neurodegenerative, others malignanant, others infectious... it's just wayyyy too much to discuss in a couple paragraphs.

If you're interested in neurology go to a university medical library and look at some textbooks on neuroanatomy and clinical neurology.
