  1. This depends a lot on your position.

    Front row tends to be neck & back.

    Otherwise, lower body.


  2. Front Row = Back and neck due to scrums collapsing.



    Second Row = Occasioanally back because of scrummaging and awkward leaning and landing in lineouts. Plus they are generally very tall so this puts added strain on their spine.

    Back Row = Everything because of putting themselves about in rucks, mainly shoulders though.

    All of the backs = No real common injury.
