Here's a few ideas.

Some plain t-shirts or sweatshirts in several sizes - you can paint them, tie-dye them, do photo-transfer, applique them, stamp them, etc.

Cardstock or watercolor paper for making your own cards, hang tags,  and gift certificates.

Quart or pint-size canning jars for making up cookie, beverage, or soup mixes, or bath salts or salt scrubs, plus ribbon and doilies or fabric to decorate the lids. Plan to make hang tags with instructions for use, too.

Christmas fabric (it's actually on sale now!) to make reusable gift bags out of (or decorate lids with).

Craft paint, markers, and glues are used in almost anything you'd make.

Fleece fabric (look for sales) in 1-and-a-half-yard pieces for making tied blankets.

Plain frames (either new or from the thrift shop) to decorate, do a weaving in, or to mount an enlargement of a favorite photo in.

Baby food jars can be used for making 'snow' globes or small jar candles.

Looks like Chirp said it all, but the thing you'll need the most to hold all of you projects together is adhesive.  Double sided tape, hot glue, or cold glue gun, craft glue etc.
