    Best Ever Saucy Beef Kabobs

"This is a four star recipe that combines the great taste of grilled beef kabobs with a delicious tomato sauce baste. I always double the sauce to top the beef and veggies over rice. A mouth-watering meal."

    inch cubes

    1/2 pound fresh mushrooms,

    stems removed

Oil the grill grate. Arrange kabobs on the grill. Grill 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through, occasionally turning kabobs. Baste with sauce during the last 5 minutes.

  2. Fricasseed polecat is popular in China.

I got a recipe on the net and tried it once with wabbit. Mmmm.

  3. I love terriyaki skewers.  My favorites include shrimp, vidalia onions, water chestnuts, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms & pineapple all lathered in terriyaki.  Put the shrimp & water chestnuts on a separate skewer because they don't take near as long as the veggies

  4. chunks of meat

    cherry tomatoes

    zucchini

    pineapple.

  5. pizza stick?just take some  dough and make little roll outs an put some saucse cheese...pre cooked topping and roll it up then stick a skewer through it an dbake in the oven? or ad ricotta chees eand have calzone on a stick??.... i dunno but you asked for creative

  6. I usually stick to these ingredients and I cook my meat and veggies separate, so everything has a chance to cook evenly.

    Veggies:

    Yellow Squash

    Onion

    Red and Green Bell pepper

    Whole Mushrooms

All Marinaded in a Balsamic Vinegar dressing

I also skewer some little red potatoes that have been poked with a fork and marinated in the Balsamic Vinegar dressing.

I also make meats skewers from chicken and shrimp and pork all cut up into chunks (except the shrimp of course) and Marinade in Lawry brand marinades my favorite right now is the Hawaiian marinade. Its especially good with the pork chunks which I cook with fresh pineapple between every other chunk of meat

  7. We have shish kabobs a LOT here, and we've done many interesting things on them. One of my favorites is partly steamed snow pea pods. Fold over and skewer them with other veggies. Another favorite is partly cooked baby carrot or baby corn. Whole chestnuts are good, and so are whole garlic cloves.

For small ones, chunks of fruit like melon, grapes and strawberries alternately with cheese cubes and prosciutto or ham are nice. A good appetizer is little smokies threaded with a whole strip of bacon (fold the bacon back & forth after each sausage) and sprinkled with brown sugar. Bake or broil til crispy and browned. Heart attack on a stick, but really tasty!

Or try fresh pineapple with angel food, and serve with a creamy yogurt based sauce to dip in.
