  1. the mako belongs to the great white family and is equally as dangerous as the great white.the great white is the most dangerous among all shark species.next in line is the tiger shark, followed by the hammermead.

  2. I read that three types of sharks are most commonly responsible for attack on human

    Great White

    Tiger

    and Bull sharks

  3. Actually, the most dangerous shark might well turn out to be the nurse shark (Ginglymostoma cirratum) because most people think it is harmless and it's not.  It's got sharp serrated teeth that can crush shells and it is much quicker than most people expect it to be.  I've even read of a man getting a severe bite in the butt from a dead nurse shark.   Don't assume that any dead shark is incapable of biting until rigor mortis sets in.

  4. the great white. no doubt.

  5. Great white, Tiger shark, Bull shark, Sand tiger shark, Blacktip shark, Requiem shark, Hammerhead shark, Blue shark, Blacktip reef shark, Shortfin Mako shark.

This site has all the afore mentioned species, their scientific names, and their recorded attacks.

  6. Probably the TIger shark is most agressive. They are a problem for sufers in Hawaii.
