Try the Berkely Power worms first and get some blue and white tube jigs. They may be small, but I've landed some huge smallmouth on 'em!

where are you fishing.....part of country...

what is the water - clear - murky -stained.  

     lots of weeds or sparse cover?

what do you want to catch?  bass - trout - etc.
