A crane is probably the most helpful.  My experience with the help at Lowes or Home Depot is that most of them have no idea of the correct way to install anything.

A very talented brother-in-law who owes you a favor.  No really,  search for answers on yahoo groups.  There are several forums on building and construction.  And also, go to Home Depot and Lowe's and find an older male who has experience in that area.  You know the kind that is "retired" from building industry.

You need to be more specific on what you mean by tools.

Possible answers: Good plan with good layout and good use of space, structurally sound meets ADA requirements and DOE and UBC or IBC codes depending on where you are building. If you are talking about the construction of it there are so many different stages of the building process its hard to tell you. The amount of tools, equipment, and insurances is too much to list.
