What are the most natural, low cost home insulations out there now?? ?

I've seen thinks from corn and newspaper concoctions to spray on cement....Any others??

spray in cellulose (shredded paper treated with boric acid and flame retarders).  Is one of the most affordable insulations available and it makes use of something that would otherwise be waste.  However like all spray insulation it does suffer from some settling.
