I'd say China because there is lots of industries, coal factories and such. Also, it is one of the countries that put CFC's into our ozone layer and China has high CO2 levels. When you are watching the Olympics, haven't you seen the background of China and how smogy it looks? Also, the United States is one of the most polluted countries too like look at how polluted the big cities such as Denver or New York.
