Well, there's a lot of them:

First Solar just beat earnings by a wide margin recently that surprised everyone:  FSLR

Fuel-Tech has been profitable for a number of years and works at cleaning up coal fired power plants:  FTEK.

If you like geothermal, look at Ormat:  ORA.

For water infructure and wastewater companies, look at VE and LAYN.

Some big utilities that use a lot of renewable energy are FPL and PCG.
