  1. I was 18 when I went there, and one of the must-doos is the zoo, certainly, especially because of the polar bears and the white tiger. But don't go on Friday, they'll be cleaning the bears' cage.

  2. I recomend you the following page of Argentina: http://www.e-ventoslink.com.ar, good luck!

  3. Take in a tango show.  There is a wide variety...have your hotel concierge pick out what's right for you.  You must have a lamb and/or steak tenderloin dinner at one of their many parillas, the open fire grills.  The fine arts museum (El Museo de Las Bellas Artes) is filled with great paintings (and not so great) and sculptures.  Across the street from it, you will find the cemetery where Evita Peron is buried (as in the Broadway show Evita).  And on Sunday, stroll through the park in front of the museum to take in the kiosks of Argentinian handicrafts.  And speaking of shopping, you must do Avenida Florida, their version of Rodeo Drive with all the shoppes, boutiques, malls, restaurants, and such at really inexpensive prices.  You can get genuine leather goods for about 1/2 what it costs in the States.

Nightlife, clubs and such, is plentiful, but it starts way late...after 9 PM; so get lots of sleep during the day.  The portrones (the natives of BA), typically eat dinner at about 9 PM or after, and then do the club circuits after dinner.  Just one word of caution, I'd avoid La Boca, which is one of their many districts, as it can get rough at night.
