What are the must do/see things for someone traveling through Andalucia?

I will be traveling through the Andalucia region of Spain in early December? This will include Granada, Sevilla, etc..

Are there any great restaurants, events, etc.. that you can recommend while I'm there?

Must do places are:

Sevilla for the 'ambiente', music, cathedral, tapas and the old town centre.

Granada for the Alhambra, Generalife and Cathedral.

Cordoba for the old part of town and the Mesquita.

The white villages,  flamenco, tapas, fried fish, almejas in sherry.

Great restaurants? In Sanlucar de Barrameda. Bigote and Mirador de Donana in Bajo de Guia for some of the best seafood in Spain.

hey.

if your interested in the environment etc.  i can really recommend spending a couple of weeks (or more) at a project called SUNSEED DESERT TECHNOLOGY (www.sunseed.org).  he's right in the middle of a national park, the staff are really friendly and the town nearby, Sorbas, is a very traditional Spanish farming town.  you'll get a real taste of Spanish life (beer and tapas).

visit www.andalucia.com it has loads of ideas, Tarifa is good and pop over to Tangiers, its a bit smelly though ! Ronda is lovely and of course Puerto Banus and do some serious people watching, check out the botox queens, great fun....In Granada go to the Arab quarter and don't forget you get free tapas in Granada, just order a drink and stand at the bar.

Malaga is a beautiful city- the Cathedral and the small church next door- The Sagrario were victims of the Spanish Civil War, and you can see what actually happened-

Benalmadena is a great little coast town and Mijas is a great day trip-

Of course, Cordoba and sevilla are must sees as well
