  1. ChinaTown has a lot of food and local chinese product.

The Must See Places in my opinion is....

0800-0930 Grand Palace (ages 226 years) and The Emerald Buddha (ages >800 years) in Grand Palace compound

0930-1100 Wat Pho (behind to the grand palace) See the biggest Reclining Buddha (ages 226 years) and the compound of this royal temple

1100-1200 Take a boat at the pier in front of Wat Pho to the other side of the river (Thonburi) to see Wat Jaeng (ride to the top of pagoda and take picture)

1200-1230 Take a boat back to Bangkok side, find some food for your stomach

1230-1430 Walk to the National Museum, checking for Ancient Thai Treasure

1430-1530 Take a Tuk-Tuk (no aircondition) to The Golden Mountain (not far only 10 minures) and climb up to the top to see Bangkok Panorama View

1530-1630 After long walking, get back to Wat Pho again to take 1 hour of Thai Traditional massage at the back of Wat Pho

After this will be your free time, want some shopping ?

Electronic and Computer - goto Pantip Plaza or Fortune Town

Cheap Cloth - goto Pratu Nam

Foreigner backpacking Street - goto Khao San Road

***if Saturday/Sunday afternoon, MUST go to weekend market by BTS Sky Train

***Floating Market at Damnoen Saduak also recommend by many peoples, I think it's open until noon only and 40 Kilometers away from bangkok , i have never been there.

    Have Fun

  2. The River Market (Bangkok river has market places lined up on the river! Floating!): the Palace: Crocodile Farm: And, do go for the massage, and Thai food! (one day's fare!)
