What are the name of the Secret Police that the Totalitarians states used?

Like there is KGB, the Brown shirts and another one.

The problem is i cannot match or remember which country had which.

Like Hitler he was germany but which one did he created?

italy had Fascism but who was the leader i kind of forget.

And Russia is all a Blur for me i just need some refreshing thank you in advance
