What are the name of these crimes and are they felonies or misd and how long in jail are these crimes?

1) stay at a toy store after its closing time come out of your hiding place once it is midnight go behind a counter open a cash register and steal money from the cash register by emptying the register and taking all the cash from the register and putting all that cash into a bag

2) break-into someones house during the holidays and flood the house by leaving the water taps running

3) collar grab someone and carry that person by still collar grabbing that person then shove that persons head through a transom above a door

4) during snack recess you are wondering around then you see a bag of coconut macaroons laying on a bench you go over to the bench eat all the macaroons that belonged to a boy named Kevin and when Kevin is not there and does not even know about it

5) entering through a unlocked back door of a electronics store at night come inside the store and steal a tweeter from the store

6) pull someone behind a bush attack that person and when that person didn't have enough money to give you steal that persons shoes

    as far as jail time goes I'm not sure. Really depends on where the crimes are commited as each state has different penalties for these crimes.


  2. no. 1 and 5 is burglery no. 2 vandalism no.3 assualt no6 could go two ways assualt or extorsion. no, 4 is least of your problems but still theft commit any of these crimes and cought you are well on yor way to becoming a convicted felon.The only misdemenors are vandalism if under 500 dollars damage and assualt if no bodily injury.  

  3. How long were those two criminals in jail after the Home Alone movies?  They did the first two.
