Italy - "Azzurri"

Wales - "Dragons"

Tonga - "Ikale Tahi" (Sea Eagles)

Samoa - "Manu Samoa"

Scotland & Fiji don't have names

Tonga          - Ikale Tahi

Samoa        - Manu Samoa

Well for the Irish, the Scots and the Welsh I think the nick names are same as above and not too sure about Fiji.
