I remember having a small, beautiful cake from a restaurant, but now i cant find them. One was like half of a circle and it was with an orange tasting gel on the top of it. can someone help me or find some pictures of them please!

You are looking for Mochigashi or Wagashi.

In the US, you can buy them through Japan Super.

Look under the Mochi category. They come in sets.
