What are the names of the two substances when you do evaporation?

say that i had a mixture of milo and water. i put the solution in a big beaker then put a small beaker in that big beaker. the small beaker is empty.i then put some plastic wrap over the big beaker so when i heat the solution the vapour cant get out. ice is put on the plastic wrap to condense the vapour which, when condensed, drips into the small beaker, theoretically clear. what is the 'clean water' in the small beaker and the stuff in the big beaker called? i mean scientific names not milo and water. please be quick in your answers. cheers. :D
