What are the nationalities/authorities that are not recognised in the UK Visa approvals?

I'm married to British Citizen since one year and half and I'm pregnant with our first baby. Basically, I'm from one of the African countries that going through civil war and that doesnt have a centrelized govement since 1991. The visit visa to UK has been refused and I'm not ready to move to UK yet. So, anybody knows what are the countries that are not recognized by UK.
