Very easy: Apply!  it is just like any other job, that you have to apply for, background and drug test and of course you'll need a passport. Carnival is always looking:

They do a lot of career fairs here in Miami. You should be bilingual. At least Spanish basics or any European language will give you big advantages.

Just check out all the different cruise ships, google their name   plus the word careers and it will give you the right links.

If you go to the websites to most the larger lines of cruise ships.. carnival.com, princesscruises.com, norwegian cruiselines, etc. etc.. you will see a part of their webpage that says.. employment as the heading.

Click on that, follow that lead and go from there.

You have to have a health check form from a Dr.  to show you are healthy, citizenship proof from whatever country you are from, and a birth certificate, as well as ID.  

It looks like hard work but alot of fun.
