i have a necklace that im pretty sure is from china, im not sure and i hope i don't offend anyone; but its like a small metal ball with ceramic around it and a bell inside. I dropped it and the ceramic chipped and i want another but i dont know what there called or where to get them..

This stems from a few eastern religions, so I can't say exactly which one yours is from. Certain forms of Chinese Buddhism do believe that ringing a bell can ward of evil and help in the creation of good luck.
