Not sure about the democracy thing but if you can get a job in the public Service your pretty much have gotten yourself good job.

If you get injured they will get you fixed up and find you a job that's more suitable.

Democracy is Freedom of speech and Australians have that right.

You don't need to be a public Service to be able to do that.

Every Australian who registers to vote can do so.

All Australian have freedom of speech at any time.
