i am 19 and i m********e almost once a day and i feel so exhausted and feel like have no energy

is it due to masturbation? also i am thin and want to have some muscle on me, i heard that masturbation decreases ur muscles

is this true ?

should i stop masturbating?

  1. Find better things to do with your time, make a schedule and follow it. Yes, masturbation is bad, and is a primary cause of premature ejaculation in later years in life. I used to m********e frequently when I was an early teen and I remember associating masturbation with no energy, as for the muscles, I do not believe that it decreases muscle mass, however, I could easily be wrong on that.   2. There are a lot of misconceptions about masturbation. And frankly, Yahoo Answers is a very good place for these misconceptions to spread. Whatever you do, don't listen to anyone who is selling something to supposedly counteract the "negative" effects of masturbation or anything else like that. The best sources are medical and established, like WebMD.

    Masturbation isn't bad for you. It will not cause hair loss, loss of energy (except naturally for a few minutes after you m********e), loss of muscle, thin wrists, hairy palms, circles under the eyes, bad eyesight, blindess. These are all very old, untrue myths or old wives' tales. There are also some odd Eastern ideas about masturbation and "life forces" in the body, etc., but that's entirely uncorroborated by medical evidence.

    Understand that almost everyone (males, at least) masturbates, even if they don't talk about it. Seriously.

    There are positives to masturbation. It can get you better in touch with your own sexual response and therefore improve your sexual performance with a partner (see below), and studies show it can reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

    Masturbation can become excessive. If it begins to interfere with other aspects of your life, or if you're physically harming yourself (i.e., beating yourself raw), then take it easy.

    Most people don't find masturbation once a day causes extreme energey loss. Do you have a good diet and get lots of sleep? If so, you could have a condition making you more tired than you should be and should see a doctor. I doubt it's caused by masturbation though and it also doesn't decrease muscles.

    Your lack of energy could be due to any of a number of things. Maybe you have a severely unbalanced diet. Maybe you have a blood sugar disorder. Maybe you aren't metabolizing your food as you should be. Maybe you're narcoleptic (doubt it). Maybe you're clinically depressed. Again, these are issues to be addressed with a doctor.

    What are you doing to INCREASE muscle mass? Eating "a lot" is not the same as introducing a balanced high-calorie diet. I could eat fifteen Big Mac's a day as a means to gain weight, still be rail thin as a result of high metabolism, and have a heart attack in a month. OR I could increase my intake of (cooked) red meats, fish, and the proper quantities of grains, vegetables, fruits, and fats, and in a week I might gain 1/16th of a pound of muscle. And that doesn't take into account the necessary amounts of CARDIOVASCULAR exercise which establish a balanced workout's baseline.

    Masturbation is not "bad."

    Masturbation does not lead to premature ejaculation.

    For the record, I'm 20 and I sleep 9-12 hours daily. I have a perfect bill of health, and when I get bored, I feel lifeless. If I don't eat enough during the day, I feel lifeless. I exercise two hours a day six days a week and even with a proper diet, I'm fighting the same good fight you are - being rail thin. TRUST ME, IT CHANGES.

  6. people can encourage u but  a genuine advice would be stop at once(though sudden stopping is difficult, decrease gradually and have firm determination to get rid of this within 3-4 months or asap) b'coz the fluid (sperm) that gets lost is the main source of energy in men.

    u might get frequent wet dreams but they will decrease with time as u curb this habit.

    the sperm formation mechanism starts from age 8-9 years and by the time of 14years age, the body becomes able to generate sperm frequently. for few moments pleasure don't waste the 5 years natural mechanism's process due to which u may find problems after 3-4 years.

    haven't u heard of people with no erection or lesser sperm count or premature ejaculation?

    most of such cases are due to too much masturbation.

  7. If you ejaculate too much just by masturbation alone, you probarly would not have the same sensation when having s*x with your partner.  Therefore you will be unable to ejaculate as you wish, simply due to the sensitivity you have been adjusted to while masturbating a lot.

    your health problems must be due to something, probably tour diet.

    try changing your diet to include healthier foods. take more exerice too. you should then start feeling better. masturbation would not effect your general health.

No that's nothing do to with masturbation mate, I'm guessing your not getting enough energy from your food or lack of sleep, and no i can safely say that masturbation DOES NOT DECREASE your muscles in fact think about it your working your wang and your arm so your technically giving your arm and tool a workout out there for increasing your muscles. I m********e twice a day and I'm stacking on muscle, try modifying your diet and try to include as many wholegrains and protein foods as you can, as well as helping you put on muscle they will also give you energy.
