What are the neighboring countries of Maldives; north, south,east and west?

the answer will be written on my report so please answer it.. it is so nice if you live in Maldives or any part of Maldives...

Sri Lanka is most neighboring country. other countries are India

Maldives is stretched from North to South and the neighbors are

On the North its India,

On the East its Sri Lanka

On the South its Diego Garcia

and

On the West there is no neighbor, only the sea but if you travel further

to the west you will end up in the Middle East.

then the south and west is surrounded by sea.

but the country in the west that is very far in Maldives is Africa
