What are the new schools of Teaching ENglish Langauge to adults?

- Names of schools, really depends on where you are and where do you want to learn.  New schools pop up "daily".  The list is "staggering".

- Theories of teaching adults....treat them like students, but respect their position in life.

Techniques of teaching...no one technique works for every situation.  Develop a series of techniques based on the student's ability and your comfort zone.

Using Vision aids.....the world is your oyster.  Use whatever is available, from Microsoft Office, to the Internet, to photos in a magazine.  the sky is the limit.

Scholars of these schools.....not sure what you want here....most "adult" schools are not going to offer scholarships, and the scholars, who are the teachers, vary from school to school.

Lesson plans....determined by the skills of the students, but there are a great deal of resources found in any ESL book store for aiming at the right target audience.  Good luck.
