What are the number two and three cities in Uruguay Population wise?

Need more info for my report. I have Salto with 99K and Paysandu with 80K. Just want to be sure that I am right. Uruguay is a challenging country to research I have found out.

Montevideo is the largest in population.  Second is Canelones, and third is Maldonado.
