  1. If your EFC is 0 then, yes, you will get a Pell Grant.

  2. Since your EFC is 0, you should receive maximum financial aid which includes maximum Pell.  In addition, you should receive SEOG, state scholarship, ACG grant, and Perkins loan (3%).  Although there are different qualifications for each one, I would check with the financial aid office to see if you qualify for any of these grants.   Each school is different and the school usually receives a limited amount of these funds to distribute to the students who complete the FAFSA early and are the most neediest.

Next school year, (2009-10) it looks like your EFC will increase because you earned more money in 2008 which means you may not be eligible for grants, therefore save any excess funds that you receive this year in anticipation for next year when funds may be low.

  3. If your EFC is 0 now then yes you will get the full ell grant 3,700 if you attend school full time next year.  You will not likely qualify for a pell  (after the spring of 09) because of the huge jump in income for 07.

You need to anticipate this and evaluate if you can afford this school after spring of 09, and if you can't you need to transfer to a school you can.  I would do this sooner rather than later, there is nothing worse than spending the next year taking classes (on someone Else's dime) and them not counting towards anything when you have to leave for lack of funds.

    hope this helps.
