  1. In the absence of other information, approximately 0.005%.

Conversely, if 5 guys are playing and a set flops (for example, QQQ) then in the absence of other information, the odds that one of the 5 players have two unpaired hole cards that give him quads (for example, QJ) is approximately 4.25%.

  2. There are three more Q's and three more J's in the deck, you need three of those six outs on the flop. You have a 979:1 shot at it.

  3. There are three queens left, and 50 cards you don't know. You have:

3 queens out of 50 as the first card

2 queens out of 49 as the second card

1 queen out of 48 as the third card:

    3/50 * 2/49 * 1/48 = 6/117600 or 1 out of 19,600 to flop queens.

Double it to include the odds of flopping 3 jacks, so overall it's 2 in 19,600, or 1 in 9,800.

  4. Hoe cards eh?  Are they a bit S****y?

Seriously, according to this web site the odds are 9,799-1 against.

According to the second web site, they put the odds at one in 979.  But they are including he odds of you hitting a boat, not just quads.

I checked a third link and they agree 9,799-1 chance.  It's pretty rare.
