I'll come at 10 AM and then go to Blue Streak then Demon Drop then Disaster Transport then the Giant Wheel then maXair then Wicked Twister then Ocean Motion then Raptor then the Sky Ride then Iron Dragon then Wildcat then Mantis then Millenium Force then Skyhawk then Wave Swinger then Maverick then Cedar Creek Mine Ride then Mean Streak then Gemini then Magnum XL 200 then Corkscrew then Super Himalaya then Power Tower then Top Thrill Dragster. This doesn't include Lunch and Dinner and we are leaving at 8 PM. What should I cut out if I dont have enough time?

  1. Really, it depends on how busy the park is. On some days, Maverick can have extremely long waits, like Dragster and Millenium. You might want to ride Raptor after Blue Streak, since they're adjacent to each other...it would save some time...

    Wave Swinger's a complete waste of time, in my opinion, and so is the Mine Ride. Himalaya is just a spinning flat ride.

    If the park is really busy, maybe you could walk instead of taking the sky ride. Otherwise, it would be a long wait.

    Hope this helps!

  2. I would ride Maverick as soon as you get to the park.  The rest of the order is fine, although I would ride Raptor and Blue Streak after each other because they are close to each other.  If you had to cut rides out of your schedule, I would cut Sky Ride (it is usually faster just to walk), Wave Swinger (it really isn't that fun...I only ride it after riding a water ride to dry off a bit, but other than that, I skip it), Demon Drop (only ride it if you have enough time...Power Tower is kind of like it and more fun), and Super Himalaya (there are better rides to ride than this one).

  3. You'll probably be able to do it all except the last few with that schedule. Maverick's line will probably be 2-3 hours long, so I would try to do that first. But if you don't want to, then I would get a fast pass stamp thingy for rides like Top Thrill and MF, which also will have long rides.

    If you have to cut something out, I would cut out Mean Streak, Sky Ride, Giant Wheel, and Magnum XL 200.

    Just three random things:

    1. Tuesdays are always a good day to go, cause everyone's at work, and not at the park having fun.

    2. Disaster Transport is a good thing to go on early, cause whenever we go it breaks down right before we get on. x[

    3. And are you going on Tuesday the 12th? Cause that's when I'm going! xD

  4. At this time of the year, the lines are pretty long, so unless you go on a rainy day, you probably won't have time for all of them. Blue Streak and Demon Drop are not worth it in my opinion. I don't know how familiar you are with Cedar Point, but they are both old rides. Blue Streak is very small and jerky; most people I know think it's a waste of time. The Demon Drop is too short to be enjoyable; it's a mini version of the Power Tower so don't waste your time, just go to the Power Tower, which is much bigger and better. You should also cut Ocean Motion, I rode it when I was about 7 years old, and even then I thought it was too small. Raptor, MaXair, Millenium Force, Maverick, Power Tower, and Top Thrill Dragster are all ones that you shouldn't miss! Those are probably the best six rides in the park. Try to get to those if possible. Sky ride, Giant Wheel, Corkscrew, etc are also enjoyable and you should try to get to them if you have time. Have fun!

  5. This doesn't really answer your question... but;

    The rides that you MUST go on are the Millennium Force,the Top Thrill Dragster,the Maverick, and the Raptor.  The wooden coasters are okay, but can sometimes cause whiplash and generally aren't that smooth (because the track expands and contracts with the weather).  The maXair is an excellent substitute for the Skyhawk, imo, and the Wicked Twister causes MAJOR whiplash, but it's still a load of fun.

    When you enter, you should go on the Demon Drop right away, as it's entrance is pretty much right in front of the park entrance (and it's a good "warmup" for other rides) .  I've noticed that while waiting for the Raptor, you can see the peak of the Blue Streak, and I've never seen a coaster go down it (BS seems to be unpopular...).

    You should just try to hit all the big coasters, because that is where you get your moneys worth.  If a "less extreme" ride is along the way, go ahead and take it, but the 4 I mentioned earlier are the best, especially front seat.

  6. You want to ride 24 rides in 10 hours......figures 3 - 4 rides per hour.....check the lines, start at farthest end of park from entrance and work backwards.......Ride all the coasters you can, should be able to complete the list.

  7. probably one of the wooden rollercosters because the rest are awesome
