OK here goes...As embarrassing as this is to admit, I have a 23 year old son, who is without a doubt, (as you put it) a 'precum' guy! So, I would have to say the odds of conceiving a 'precum' baby, are just as good as the odds of a conceiving  from a full orgasmic ejaculation, inside the womans v****a. Actually, recent research has shown that precum has fewer sperm than originally thought. So yes it's possible, but the new data shows that it's less possible. However, remember that there is no such things as a truly 'safe' way to have s*x and not get pregnant.
