What are the odds that a any selected number on a roulette wheel won't turn up in 37 spins???

If it is a 38 number (double zero) roulette wheel, the odds are

(37/38)^37 =  0.3728 = 37.28%

If it is a 37 number (single zero) roulette wheel, the odds are

(36/37)^37 =  0.3629 = 36.29%

The odds depend on how many numbers their are.... but I know the odds are the same NO matter how many times you spin the wheel!!! if you spin it 5,000 times does not mean number 37 should have come out the same amount as like number 1 or 5... Each time you spin the wheel each number has the same odds as before even if the number has not hit...

For instance a coin head or tails 50/50 it is always 50/50 you can flip it 5,000 times and get heads 5,000.. each time with 50/50 odds.
