What are the official dates for summer holidays in ireland for builders?

My brother in law is a builder. Their holidays are the last  week in July and the first week in August.

you know what ... every year is different, but its the last 2 weeks in july, and the english holidays are the first 2 in august.. so they don't clash

There are no official dates,it depends on the individual building company.My husband and his employee's always took the last week of July and the first week of August off work.
