Aren't any, each branch opens according to its needs. Generally they operate between 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays, sometimes longer and sometimes shorter. Some branches in bigger cities are open on Saturdays between 9 am and 12 am.

http://www.deutschepost.de/ has a branch finder, click on "Filiale suchen" under Online Services way down on the left-side column and enter the town/village. A list of branches pops up, click on one and you see the opening hours for this particular branch.
