It's actually Lithuanian, not Polish. Lithuania was part of Poland for a while, which is why they might have had a Polish or Austrian passport for a while during the partition of Poland. But the structure of the name and linguistics are completely Lithuanian.

Not many with this name in ancestry.com.

A couple are from Cuba and a few from Austria and one from Poland.
