What are the papers that I have to submit if ever i got hired in Convergys?

is this Convergys in the Philippines? in that case:

1. NBI Clearance

2. Birth Certificate

3. SSS number (at least the pink paper will do if you don't have the card)

4. TIN number (if it isn't your first time to work)

5. medical clearance from Convergy's HMO clinics (dunno if it's still medicare, just go to a clinic that Convergys tells you to go to)

same papers you need to submit for any job in the Philippines.
