What are the parameters that one needs to check when the mill is producing a lot of rejects?

I am currently running 6*4 vecor mills and i have problems with one mill.

we have changed the mill motor and ever since then the mill has been rejecting a lot. We tried to charge the mill more, but that does not seem to be the solution.
