Not the part of a woman's body either.

I was listening to a comic(Doug Stanhope) and he said "Separation of church and state is called the paraneum, ladies and gentlemen, and the appeasiotomy didn't hold, it's all gunked up together in one big ugly, f*ckin' hole."

So, I tried looking up those phrases cause I wanted some background but I couldn't find anything other than paraneum is another word for taint or gooch.

  1. He's being metaphorical.  He does indeed mean the area between the genitals and the a**s.  An appeasiotomy is stitching together a woman's lovin' oven after it's been torn asunder by the miracle of birth.  He means, then, that although we tried, the space between church and state has closed and they've mixed together once again.

  2. its a metaphor, and a gruesome one at that. The perineum is the area between a woman's v****a and a**s, and an episiotomy is when a doctor cuts said area during childbirth to allow more space for the baby's head to be born. Of course an episiotomy requires stitches afterward. I think he's not even using the terms correctly in his metaphor, but there ya go.
