Ask them for sure. Many theaters are union so the pay is a little better than similar jobs.

I can't tell you for OC, CA, but from my experience with the company, it starts near, or in my theatre's case, at minimum wage. Granted, your min. wage is much higher than in Texas, but it's probably right at that or around that for entry level positions. AMC hires for both full and part time, depending on the season.

Benefits may depend on your area, but here, full time/part time are given only partial health insurance plans that aren't worth your money, and are given no paid holidays or personal days.
