if you mean traffic its

7.30am - 9.00am (for morning)

4.00pm - 6.00pm (school traffic)

6.30pm - 9.00pm (business traffic)

for public transport

7.00am - 8.30am (morning)

3.00pm - 4.30pm (end of school day)

5.00pm - 6.30pm (business)

7:30-9am and like 4:30-6pm...basically when people go to work/school and come home.

I'm guessing your asking about traffic peak times and just like most major cities in Australia it starts around 6.30am-9.00am and then again from 4.30pm-7.00pm
