What are the penalties for a minor testing positive for marijuana?

What happens if that minor has no criminal history, and what happens if that minor has gotten a ticket for being in a fight?

I think you have to be caught in the act. I dont think you can be arrested for being tested possitive unless your a federal prisoner on parole.

Well the minor will more than likely get a fine, and have to do so many hours of commuinty services and also attend classes which they would have to pay out of there own pocket for each class.. maybe they learned from this mistake if it costs them they hopefully do

Well sounds like its your own dam fault for being stupid and getting arrested.

If ur gunna toke, don't do anything else illegal, but be at peace with everything and everyone around you.  Love will not get you arrested (accept, apparently you can't hug random people at the mall.  That'll get you arrested, especially since I hugged a police officer.  He was grumpy.)

Most likely, community service and one year of random drug tests.

What does that have to do with a drug test? A minor w/o a history, nothing happens. A minor in a fight, a ticket happens. A minor being tested without "probable cause", a lawsuit happens.

depends who testing you. if its your PO you go to juvie, your school -  suspended, parents... idk. job - you lose it.
