  1. It differs from state to state. Homicide in many states is the key word. It depends on the intention and the degree. Lets look at the basics;

    Reckless Homicide; is a charge that is commonly used in these cases.

    I have heard of cases where there was a fine line between, involuntary/reckless and self- defense. In  these cases I always say, " When it comes to lawyers, you get what you pay for ". This means the difference between freedom or a long prison term. For example; the movie "Con Air"
