What are the penalties of underage drinking in West Virginia

I searched the web, but could not find the answer anywhere. So, what are the penalties of underage drinking in WV?

You will get a citation. If you are over 18 but still under 21 it can also badly effect your chances of getting into certain programs in college since they do background checks. Here is a site that has the different types of citations.. But it doesn't say how much you would be fined. Also, I know a few people who have gotten an underage and they have had to go to AA meetings and do community service.
