I'm 2nd generation Italian-American and I grew up in Texas my whole life. Both of my parents were from New York, moved down to Texas in the 70's and then I was born and raised here. My whole life I've always felt out of place here and I'm not really sure why. I've just never really felt like I fit in with Texas. I've heard that there are a lot of Italian-Americans that live in New York, so I think I might feel more at home up there, so what are the people like up there? I'm just curious to know.

  1. different personalities everywhere, people are not all the same everywhere, just know most have a different accent in new york and different slang.

  2. I've lived in new York my entire life so I can tell you that it's actually a very good place to grow up. There are many different people that you can connect to. It's not a small town type of place. So u might like it better here.

  3. I hear they are unfriendly and fast-paced, but I would think they are probably pretty much like everybody else.  Some good some bad.
