Question:

What are the perqusites for being an army diver?

i am trying to sign up for the Army and my intended MOS is to be a diver for the US army and yes the army has Divers so no statements about me being mistaking the army for the navy. i just wanna know what they want be to be able to do for entrance into dive school if they do require any perquisites.

  1. Do you want to be a combat diver or engineering diver?


  2. ask your recruiter. you'll probably have to agree to spend a longer time on active duty and pass a solid physical

  3. Marines has the best training you can imagine for diving, if you go to dive school for them, no matter what, as long as you have MARINE on your resume, youl get a job so much easier. people see army on the resume, theyr bound to know at least one person whos in the army.
