What are the phisical and mental standards to get in the Navy

like how many pull-ups and sit-ups push-ups ect and what are the mental like school

  1. Only 3 pull-ups, 50 sit-ups, and CONSTANT push-ups. I am not really sure about the sit-ups, though. The mental training depends on what your MOS is in the Navy. The minimum and maximum weights are things you do not need to be worried about, Mafia. I know you. You have to be able to lift anywhere between 10-25 pounds for the Navy.

    Alright, you crazed seabee, do I get 10 points or what?

  3. Before you worry about pumping iron and the rest, you might want to see if you can meet the medical standards. The link below is to those standards. Study Chapter Two. There are over 200 conditions which can disqualify you.
