If you're asking how they got the weightless shots inside the cabin, the answer is they used NASA's vomit comet, a special airplane used to train the real astronauts in weightlessness.  Weightlessness was achieved by making parabolic curves at high altitude.  They'd be weightless for about 30 seconds at a time. Then they'd have climb up to altitude and do it all over again.

    Other than that, there is no real physics.  It was just a movie.
